New homes sales UP or is it really down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a sub division started about 2 years ago right next to a high school in Fair Oaks,ca
this has been like this for at least 18 months with nothing going on. There is another one just like it that has looked like this for almost 3 years.

The slight increase in sale are mostly existing homes and some new inventory that has been for sale for quite some time. Even though some homes have been selling the banks are not allowing any new starts so the developments and builders will continue to suffer.
