  • how about this, just go and buy a bottle of " bug and tar" remover that is designed sepcificaly for this application? simple yeah...........

  • MOST of you are the idiots who dont understand wtf auto detailing products are made of...HE OBVIOUSLY STATED to use a "BASIC" wheel cleaner therefore meaning NON-ACIDIC wheel cleaner...i use these products all the time on chrome so it doesnt eat away the the chome...and they are a safe way to de-grease a vehicle..

  • The best way to do this is use a specific bug and tar remover. BTW you shouldn't be using acid cleaners on wheels, use acid free cleaner or regular car wash.

  • fuckin jackass

  • its because "detailers" like this are for nothing better than prepping cars for used car lots, their version of clean, will last until the car gets rained on once or washed once ...

  • hmmm, wheel cleaner on the paint? i dont see how thats safe...

  • Let it sit for 10 seonds or so..... it was almost a minute:)

  • @xcracer2 how do you know that he's using an acidic wheel cleaner?? there are non acidic wheel cleaners out there that are ph neutral... such as valet pro bilberry wheel cleaner. though i agree clay bar is best option!

  • This is why you clay.

  • you donno what your doing noob. you make me laugh :D
