Anime News Network has it ranked #517 out of 5466 using the weighted average. You're right not unpopular by any means. ANN defines underrated as this: "This is a list of the titles that deserve to be seen more. Based on the premise that titles deserve to be seen in equal proportion to how well rated they are". I like that idea.
