Only a band as great as ELO could leave a song this good off the album! With most bands this would be the lead single. Pure genius!!

I'm a commercial fisherman in Alaska, and growing up on the boat listening to my dads music. he had so many tapes, but, ELO is really one of those bands i grew up listening to. I did all my growing up at sea and this song always brings me back there. I don't know why this one, but, i love it.

@ArcWolfkin I agree with that. ELO is always giving us special feelings. I had this album in tape back in 1981 when I was serving in a navy destroyer. This album was with me all the way through the Malvinas /Falkland war (I was 18 back then) and it was a source of joy and hope during those tough time and now that I'm 50 I can listen to it and go back to 1981 (in some ways the song "The way life meant to be" says!!).....weird .

Cannot undestand why this was not on the original album? ...just a classic song that i never knew existed til the remasterd version in 2001...never saw the Twilight single back in 81..

@captpackrat Actually, it was never on the album. In fact, it was the B-side of the single "Twilight", which was on the album.
