This is a re-edit (re-edit by wee elgend of editing himself, Aidan Gault - youtube.com/fusionparkour) of one of Ireland's first LARGE scale jams of where traceurs and free runners from a far came to Belfast on the 4th of November, 2005, to train and have fun. The people you see in the video at the time would amount to parhaps 90% of ALL of Ireland's Tracuers/Free runners at the time. This is really old school and 'back in the day' and I know to all those who it concerns will watch this and have great memories come flowing back.
