yup cuz in 1997 the irl started running the "crap wagons" we have today.

I think this was the only year turbo-charged engines ran at Disney. The following year the IRL introduced normally aspired engines.

Coolest part of the video...Tom Carnegie announcing at the track. Along with cool looking cars and turbocharged engines. Glad that turbo engines and new chassis' for 2012.

yeah i met them all at the long beach grand prix this year, they were all really nice. Especially Helio, he was so happy to be there he spent a great deal of time with the fans it was awesome.
