Veggie Fajita(Mexican Basics)

Eat your veggies! My family loves these peppery veggie fajitas! Serve the fajitas with flour tortillas, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and I even put steamed broccoli on the side (so each can add broccoli if wanted). Best veggies fajitas I've ever eaten when I was in jackson mississippi at my sister's place couple of months back. Veggies were chopped very fine and was made on sizzling platter...oh I miss a lot...so I thought of making at home...

This is a good recipe..but with fajitas ur veggies are supposed to be chopped larger... I eat them all the time in restaurants..never seen them diced so small..well it looks good either way
