Fantastic way to get the point(s) across and lead the individual positively towards their passion and next career step. There are far to many rote answers given in career searches and we all tend to not listen to the elevator pitches if passion and substance is not displayed.

Mark, you hit this one out of the park! AND this is a theme that can be repeated with other guests - -call it re-inforcement. Clarity is so important...just the other day I was opening the same discussion with an association...everyone needs this. Me too!!! I'm also reading (again; - before was in 1988) the greatest book: Grow Rich with Peace of Mind by Napoleon Hill. In theer is lots of stuff you can use that helps people find better jobs- - better life style.
