At least 20 children have died and up to 30 more are seriously ill after eating food provided by a state school in east India on Tuesday. The children, aged between six and 10, were given rice and lentils for school lunch in Masrakh, a village 50 miles north of Patna. India's free school meals programme is one of the biggest such schemes anywhere in the world
