Replacing both buffer boards and the Y sustain boards would have been a good idea but I thought I knew better. WRONG!

If you want to see, how the replacement of the IC is done, you should search a guy called z28r2fast4u. He also had a cool method of diagnosing, which one of the ICs is shorted. The video was called "Samsung Buffer Board Test and repair Part 1"

@jenko701 I decided to order the whole board. A gentleman recently warned me that often times when one IC goes the others are often soon to follow.
