Who built Tiahuanacu?
This site of remarkable antiquity lies at an altitude of some 13,000 feet above sea level, thirty-two miles from La Paz and fourteen miles south-east of Lake Titicaca. The Incas believed that the ruins had been erected by a race of giants who had at some time disobeyed the God Viracocha and had been turned into huge monoliths.
The Cosmonaut Theory: In the Return of the Witched, by Pawels and Bergier, both authors not only revive the ancient Andean myth of the white god, Viracocha, but also go so far as to claim an undeniable connection between the giant figures of Easter Island, which gaze uneasily out to sea and the monoliths of the Bolivian high plateau - asserting that the builders of such colossi were certainly not earthly beings. Both authors confidently state, "we do not rule out the possibility of visitors from outer space.
Erich von Daniken too firmly believes that Tiahanacu culture was transmitted by interstellar travellers who landed thousands of years ago at Nazca, Palenque and Tiahuanacu.

Yeah it is very interesting and mystrious. Many cultures sculptured strange figures of strange beings. I always thought that it was their imagination of their gods but it becomes more evident that these strange figures were actually excatly the way they saw these beings in real. Hard to prove but on thing is for sure and that is that they were important enough for them to paint them, sculpture them, and write about them. Even those strange beings on the walls in Egypt are probably real beings.

U know, I never knew till recently dat Bolivia had ruin's. I saw a prog bout "Ancient Astronout's" on da History channel great program not saying I believe bout alien's "helping" build da ruins of da great ancient civilization's but leave's u with a "what if" kind of thought after. In this prog I heard about these Bolivian ruin's n decided 2 type it in u tube n here it is, WOW. Great sculpture's n I also remem dat in dat prog bout da cutting of those stone's wit something harder like diamond's.

I have been told that some building stones have perfect groves in them and can only be made with a material harder than the stone. For some stones this material could have only been diamand. Like so many other places on the world the mainstream researchers should check their notes again.

Object held in second "left" hand of stele @ 2:22 has been recovered from Mojave desert site in California. It is a carved piece of Mammoth tusk. It has images on all four sides, and it is also a "blood sacrifice" artifact.
