According to the Beatles Anthology DVD, George was having a difficult time playing guitar live, because they didn't practice much. So perhaps, because of this, they inserted the original solo in the recording, because maybe when they played it, George couldn't do it well. I have the original album, and the track is exactly as you hear it here.

Yes, I agree with joe619what, but the splicing in of the guitar solo from the record is actually on the 'Live at the BBC' album, not put in specially for this video.

Maybe, since they recorded it slower and sped it up for the actual record, in order to accommodate George, he hadn't yet learned how to play it at full speed by the time of this BBC radio session. This happened on quite a few occasions (not to diminish George, who is the best guitar player in rock, and a genius on the instrument).
