http://www.katietravelsthailand.com/cooking-dinner-in-bangkok/ We went to a restaurant in Bangkok, Thailand where there was a buffet of raw meat (any kind you could think of), vegetables and sea food. You took some back to your table and cooked it on a dome that had hot coals beneath. There was water along the edges of the dome for you to cook vegetables in. Fun fun!

The Thai people in the video work for Cross Cultural Solutions and explained what everything was. They also said this was a Korean way of dining.

  • Why is cooking dinner crazy?

  • @khunopie A buffet of raw meat is pretty new to me as is dome coal cooking at the table

  • I am not sure what the dinner costs because the organization I am with paid for it. All of the thais at the table were sure that was a big shrimp. Lobster and crab are still relatively expensive here - it isn't something thai eat on a daily basis. Seafood is more popular in the south - in bangkok chicken and pork are bug

  • Can you tell me the name of the restaurant and the adresse please

  • That looked like a great way to get fresh food, and I love trying new food,but...I gotta know what it is before I eat it! : ) Calamari...Yum!

  • I'd like to know what a meal like this would cost here in the u.k. Lobster on its own costs around £25 per kilo! At least triple that in a good London resturant. Im sure Thai's would be amazed to think that to 95% of 'Farang' this would be considered a real luxury to eat.

  • Is it not a small lobster?
