It is very great deleted scene, especially with Snape. But I think it had to be deleted because of the very impressive facial expression. Could anyone of us say whether Snape was evil then? Of course I read the last book but the audience had to think Snape still to be evil or ambivalent during this movie. And this absolutely great acting of AR would destroy the supposed effect. This makes me angry because everyones been saying, "oh, they didn't leave this scene in cause it gives away too much." Like come on! Its just a couple of seconds on Alan's face. I think the expression he makes right after he kills Dumbledor gives away more than what he does in this scene, but oh well.

Yet another thing they've done wrong.
