I live in Ogikubo on the Chuo Rapid line, the Sobu Local line, and the Marunouchi line.
Therefore, I used 101&103 series trains almost every day. 101 series of the Chuo Rapid line were replaced by 201 series. And soon, 201 series will be replaced by E233 series completely.
FYI, some of 103 series were sent to Jakarta, Indonesia. Please visit @helloparty20 ‘s channel on YouTube. So, you can see latest 103 series in Jakarta.
here on youtube. It shows the Marunouchi line, and also JNR 101 & 103 series trains, with single headlight which I also loved. I spent eight months in Tokyo in 1971-72 and went to kindergarten there. We lived in Mejiro.
I am very happy that the "infinity" design has been returned to the Marunouchi Line! The old red cars of the Marunouchi Line were the best design for a subway train in the world.

Yes, I 've seen that video. Many pictures kids drew are heartwarming.
The old red trains retired from the Marunouchi line (branch line, from Nakano-sakaue station to Hônanchô station) in 1996 when I was 19 years old.

I live in Suginami Ward, Tokyo. The Marunouchi line has 5 stations in Suginami Ward.
I used the old red cars of the Marunouchi line when I was a child. I am also very happy to see "sine wave" design again.
The Marunouchi line began service in 1954. 56 years ago, "sine wave" design was said to be epoch-making.
Now we can see the old red cars in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
