@spectergohan I'll agree with you there, but as the Funimation dub got better, the Ocean dub got worse.

Some people like ocean, some people like funi. There. I think that settles it. If there wasn't multiple dubs, then there wouldn't be an arguemnet as there would be no choice. But some people listened to one, some people listened to the other, and some prefer one or the other.

It's no different then Americans claiming their version of the Sonic CD soundtrack is 'superior' to the Euro/Japanese edition, or DKC 3 fans, claiming the soundtrack was better on the SNES than the GBA.

No wait, I tell a lie about the music. I just searched for some of the Ocean dub music and I remember one called "The Army Tune" or something.

I grew up with the Ocean dub... apparently. But honestly, the voices sound weird to me. I DO remember Vegeta's voice sounding like this, but at the start of DBZ, not the Cell games. I don't remember the music. It all just sounds... odd.

Then I watch my box sets of the funimation dub and I remember it all. >.>

Well, i grew up with funimation, so this dub sounds awkward to me, i guess ocean dub did seem good at the beginning, like @supercdjones said, funimation dub got better, ocean dub got worse. At least to me it seems like it.

@randycrushesballs This dub was a rushed job. Their first half of their DBZ dub was far better than this.

@cocaineuk87 I know this is old but I have to say just by listening to this you can tell how little feeling the ocean dub people put into it. If they are professionals I would rather have amateurs. I don't usually have a problem with people liking differnt things but when you type things like that I have to speak up.

I love how Vegeta considers Krillen foolish for thinking about helping Android 18 when not so long ago Vegeta was the one that allowed Cell to become complete. Vegeta can be very arrogant but he does have the odd moment of regard for safety; abliet rarely.
