FakeSagan Vs StraightD0pe Debate 7/16/11 (Full 3 1/2 Hours)

PLEASE READ BEFORE COMMENTING!

I only got the first 3 1/2 hours, so expect an abrupt ending.

FakeSagan's point of view: He believes that no matter what, Straightd0pe has no right to criticize others because he doesn't show his face and thinks he's a troll because he's a coward in not showing his face. He presses him to think that anyone who wants to criticize someone else should have the audacity to show there face, otherwise there a coward.

StraightD0pe's Point Of View: StraightDope doesn't mind the criticism for being anonymous, but feels he still has the right to call people on ignorance and dishonesty, regardless of whether they are open on there private life or not. He's quite firm on what he thinks the definition of "Troll" is but him and FakeSagan disagree on that.

This is the "so called" debate between FakeSagan and Straightd0pe. This overwhelmingly long and ponderous debate consisted of FakeSagan and Straightd0pe going after each others stance on cowardice and anonymity.

To put this in metaphorical terms, this could best be described as a blindfolded boxing match of both boxers taking turns getting hits and misses. To describe this as a one on one debate would be a travesty, because the entire show consisted of FakeSagan defending his ego and reputation as being a badass who refuses to back down but at the same time, was unable to accept the fact that he too, can be wrong, where as StraightD0pe refused to admit he was a coward hiding behind a computer launching "criticism videos" and defending his reasons for his anonymity.

In all honesty, this wasn't a very well structured "debate" and both parties had there hits and misses. FakeSagan went on for a prolonged period of time with each question trying to get StraightD0pe to admit he was a coward, but at times made hypocritical and contradictory statements. Straightd0pe answered each question, but often deviated away from the actual point and steered into numerous tangents, thus avoiding the actual arguenment presented.

Overall, both of them presented good points but at the same time, I don't think there really was a clear winner to this entire show, however, if you feel so inclined to declare a winner, by all means do so, but by your own reasons.
