@UNDRGRNDmusic That's not true. Full squats take stress off the knee joint and transfer the load from the quads to the posterior chain. Going below parallel is important with heavy weights especially so you're not loading the quad/knee. Squatting low doesn't hurt your knees, squatting with bad form hurts your knees.

@719thesnake It is 90. With heavy lifting like that, going past 90 is very dangerous for your patellar tendon. He know's what he is doing.
