  • Dave Lipson with some half squats not surprising. But what does surprise me is that this idiot is a coach, then again it is crossfit.

  • @UNDRGRNDmusic That's not true. Full squats take stress off the knee joint and transfer the load from the quads to the posterior chain. Going below parallel is important with heavy weights especially so you're not loading the quad/knee. Squatting low doesn't hurt your knees, squatting with bad form hurts your knees.

  • @719thesnake It is 90. With heavy lifting like that, going past 90 is very dangerous for your patellar tendon. He know's what he is doing.

  • Deeper squats anyone can lift heavy above 90! this is neither an olympic or power lifting squat

  • you shouldnt keep your head looking at the ceiling like that...and you should tighten your glutes and stand straight when you get back up

  • I don't know what's more impressive; Lipson with  taking 520 to 90, or Orlando taking 465 to the freakin floor! Dudes are strong as crap.
