I know who this cop is. He's not a very good cop. In the first video he screwed up his stop procedure like 4 times lol dumbass. He was trying to intimidate the guy because he was embarassed. If there's not a law against that there should be. Regardless the dude deserved the ticket. He was flying down the road the whole damn video!

Where in the Texas PC or CCP does it say that its a "major NO No for commissioned officer to FAKE an arrest" romance4u. FYI he did not arrest the guy, he never touched him.
