I never said Nick wasn't musical goodness gracious. Drumming is about creating MUSIC not just drum solos and the hottest licks. and the reason why I only mentioned 5 drummers is because of the youtube character limit. I'm done I'll just agree to disagree and call it a day.

@Moog168 if u see drummers like this everyday , then we can say 'drummers who are making a difference". plus , isnt all about the drums. when u look at the whole scheme of things , its just about DRUMMING ......not about who u play 4 , or what ur playing on , or how many platinum albums u play on .........its just about drums . and 4 the record , they need 2 put more black (underground) drummers on the cover of DRUM and MODERN .

@Moog168 um u only mentioned like 5 drummers !!! modern drummer mag is not marketed towards black drummers......... because the majority (white america) buys this . this is how it works, put alot of black drummers on covers , it wont be bought...sales drop. more white drummers , it keeps sales up. u see? so nick isnt musical??? hmmmm.. so THIS type of drummer u see everyday? hmmmm...... Modern drummer is a sell out . its not about drums, its soooo political .

@jmr2master EXACTLY!!! Thank you so much for saying that! Guys that happen to do have chops and groove though do get put on Modern drummer though because they can play the song yet chop for days as well.

oh yeah, instead of putting those lame cats (foo fighters, megadeath and van halen) on the cover of 'modern drummer' , 'drum' and 'drumhead' magazine , they ought 2 put someone worthy on the cover like nick. cuz this is what drumming is aaalllll about !!!!!! not hype , or who u play 4 or what ur playing ON , just about drumming .....and drumming well . period . peace
