Enjoy this complete carpal tunnel stretch and exercise treatment program from start to finish. You can perform this program in only 5-10 minutes and eliminate the disabling and annoying symptoms of carpal tunnel syndrome once and for all. If you are tired of following ridiculous treatment programs that actually make the symptoms worse or have wasted hundreds of dollars buying products that don't work, you have come to the right place.

  • @guitarmanxtreme

    I'm glad it is helping!

  • Question: I have both carpal and cubital tunnel both hands and elbows. What is best way to do exercises? Do the carpal stretches and then the cubital stretches then the glove exercise for carpal then the ones for cubital? Since the palm up full extension is recommended for both, would this be best way or to do the carpal stretches then glove and then cubital stretches and then glove?

What are your symptoms? Does it involve whole-hand numbness? Contact me via private message.

  • @Flamencopueblo

Do the palm-up stretch for Carpal Tunnel and then the elbow stretch for Cubital Tunnel. Follow the Carpal Tunnel program for 4-weeks as this should take care of the symptoms enough to allow you to replace it with the Cubital Tunnel program starting at weeks 2-3. It is the wrist rotation involved in supination that we want to look out for. Also, if your elbow hurts to perform the Palm-Up elbow moving, perform the Palm-Up Isolated until you can move the elbow without pain.

  • it got rid of some of the pain right away i will continue this...

Send me a private message as it won't let me post the link to the RSI exercise program. Yes, I will be posting videos (Hopefully Soon!) for the AC-Kit that shows injury-specific programs. Thank you for your comments!

  • @URehab I viewed the RSE program and want to give it a try. Where do I find the RSI program? I have the Flextend but the specific exercise sequence for RSI is not included. Also, I just ordered the kit to work on my rotator cuff injury. Will you be posting a video for that at some point? I find the videos extremely helpful! Thank you!

  • @kathiee1026

You would need to contact the manufacturer to obtain accessories. If your progress is slow using the CTS program, try the new RSI program that I just posted and follow it for a few weeks. Good Luck!
