I know this video is old, but some of the things he say isn't accurate. The heavy axe-kick does knock down and you can combo into Ultra 1 with jumping heavy punch or kick. I'm pretty sure you could do either before arcade ed.

I heard that the voice actress that voiced Bobby Hill was supposed to voice Makoto.

you can do karakusa after dash punch, but you need to do a kara-karakusa/ lk xx karakusa

This 'fat fuck' is a respectful person in terms of the Street Fighter community. He's also working for Battlefield Arcadia. After the constant complaint by the public, because the new characters were being demo'd by players worse than scrubs, they brought in someone who knows his stuff, and can show us some good stuff about the game.
You don't have to wank off to him at night, or plan his death. Just learn from what he does.
