China is the worlds greatest contributer to global warming. The majority of China's emissions comes from Coal-burning power plants. 40% of China's energy is consumed by its buildings, as well as 71% of its electricity. If China is able to implement sustainable design practices then it can greatly reduce its reliance on coal and in turn help to alleviate its carbon emissions.

  • Its not like China pollutes for no good reason, if you want to put the blame i suggest you pull out a few more fingers. China's rightly to blame, but the products that is exported from China(which comes from those factories you mentioned) goes to where? THE US, not to mention in terms of pollution output per person the US is second to none. Not to say you work is wrong, I appreciate and share your concern, all i'm saying is that you need to put that great research of yours into perspective
