Ron Paul is completely wrong on security issues except immigration where he is very non-libertarian. He is inconsistent and just a joke.

I think that's more about jumping on the popular conservative bandwagon. He's already against the war in Iraq. He didn't want to have two strikes against him from the Republican party. That's how I see it.

Face it, Ron Paul has ZERO chance of getting the nomination. If Guiliani or McCain get the nomination, this country is doomed.

Ron Paul has promised truthers to investigate the "911 conspiracy", that US, jews, or both, attacked themselves, no plane casing the destruction but explosives etc. Ron Paul is nut with no chance, but many nut dems like him. Also he don't see that jihad is global and not caused by democracy export (e.g. Japan, S Korea, Germany are actually democracy export by US and appreciated. Violent jihad is anti civilization and has to be resisted everywere on the globe.

A little ideological lesson:
Libertarian is the opposite of conservative.
Ron Paul is libertarian.
Ergo: Ron Paul is not conservativ (in spite Paul wanna stop the illegal and huge immigration, which I don't think is ideologically libertarian).

Ron Paul blames the US and Israel for middle east aggression. Tom knows that Islam preaches violence. What did Buddhists ever do to Islam? Yet in Thailand, hundreds are dying from islamo-terrorism.
Fred Thompson, is an establishment, amnesty-giving, candidate. He's an ACTOR, for a reason. Fred will NOT get rid of NAFTA, Tom will. Fred will NOT eliminate the income tax, Tom will. Fred will NOT shut down the border, Tom will.
