I also knew Pam from my days at the Stype Brothers Banjo Shop in Hollywood, FL. I was playing BG banjo at the time. She was one of the first to introduce me to clawhammer and old time. Good to see her still at ti. Great video post!!!

Thanks for posting a video of my old friend Pam Lund. I have great memories of teaching banjo at The Stype Brothers Banjo Shop in Hollywood, FL back in the late 70's thru 1981 at the same time that she was teaching there as well. I wish I knew a way to say hello to her, but have no idea how to contact her. Nevertheless, thanks for posting great memories of an old friend. Way to go Pam!

just beautifully done too!
Thanks so much for putting this on YouTube.
My great-grandfather was Currence Hammonds, nephew of Edden Hammons. I'm only now beginning to learn how influential the Hammons family was.

Dave, you should come to Allegheny Echoes or Augusta Heritage Center Old Time programs every summer and you'd see just how much influence the Hammons family had on West Virginia old time music.
