Intermediate Strength & Fitness Workout

30 Mins treadmill (Incline for 1min on the last minute of every 10mins) Aim for 6 minutes per mile minimum!

30 Mins Spin bike (Fast as you can on a decent resistance)

100x Step ups on tyre (Switch leading leg after 50 reps)

5x Laps dragging tyre (21 meters 31 cms distance)

5x Laps flipping tyre (21 meters 31 cms distance)

3 mins pushing tyre back & forth between you and your partner




25x 3 sets sledge hammer on tyre

30secs of 4 sets battling rope (20m)

15x 3 sets with barrell clean & press

15x 3 sets recline pulls with battling rope

10x 3 sets burpees squats on tyre
