How would you feel if you knew every guilty verdict and conviction rendered by a judge put money in his pocket? How would you feel if dismissals did NOT earn him extra cash? Would this be a true system of "justice for all" or is it perhaps nothing more than a revenue-generating scheme?

What if you decide to "fight back" and end up in jail, while having not having participated in any crime whatsoever? And when you finally DO pay that fine to get yourself out of jail, the judge made a percentage of that fine that he chose to jail you for until you paid it?

Getting angry yet?

Or are you like most Americans nowadays, and figure that this is all acceptable?

I wish I could hold people in jail with my own private mob to make them pay ME money.

(Actually, no I do not, because that would be so horribly corrupt and against MY morals that I could never sleep at night nor live with myself; but I guess many judges out there can).

Where did you find that judges get more money for convictions? You have made a lot of statements here but haven't backed them up with any evidence they are true.

Think about where such info would be found. That one question is one I will not elaborate on. To do so would disable access to that information instantly. We are preparing to use that information for a very large-scale effort to reform because of its obvious power. As you may imagine, that info would have profound effects on the system. Hint: it is NOT fraud. In the meantime, if you question my further statements, ask specific questions. I asked people to post them; do so if you want answers.

Im sure some of the people who see this will think that its too much work to actually read up on what their legal obligations are. They think that if a cop tells em they gotta pay the ticket then, its too hard to go to court and resist the extortion. To those people, here is an old legal maxim from Bouvier's Law Dictionary:

Latin:Qui vult decipi, decipiatur.

For the anglophones: Set him who wishes to be deceived, be deceived.
