The horn is used so much daily like over there , it's meaning is like " be careful, I'm over here." In North America it means, the horn means "Fuck off".

Last time I checked Los Angeles has the worst pollution in all of North America. Cities like New York, Detroit, Buffalo, even D.C. (your capital) are filthy as fuck, & the US is supposed to be one of the richest nations in the world. So why don't you clean up your shit before you comment on other countries? Wake up, there's a whole world around you self-loving motherfuckers that does'nt do shit your way.
