No, they're not. In fact, nearly all cereals are unhealthy due to modern processing, and the fact that whole grains aren't too nutritious in the first place.

  • Hey, just to let you guys know, I'm the one who had uploaded that commercial to Retro Junk back in 2007. I had recorded this off of my camera before I was able to afford a VHS converter.

  • Malt-o-Meal cereal tastes better than normal cereal!

  • i favor corn flakes it is most healthy

  • I actually just read the ingredients list on the back of my Malt-O-Meal cereals, and found zero aspartame thank God, either way, I actually find them to be very good, as comparable to the name brands as you can get, and cheap too, you can't beat that with a stick.

  • *school administration

  • Nah, we liberal arts kids were protesting war, budget cuts, and an abusive administration too. Many people in the last 2 years - accused of crimes yet instead of helping them like they said they would, the admin where I went just threw them to the hounds.

  • Life must be good if the biggest injustice is replacing Lucky overpriced Charms with Malt-o-Meal. Back if the old days real college students protested things like wars. No, I guess Lucky chams are more important.

  • 100% correct about aspartame. if you're not diabetic, there is virtually no reason to eat that poison. yes we all die so have fun etc, but if you don't want to live your last 10 or 20 years broken with cancer and organ failure, please take care with what you eat.
