Terra Nova Integrated Systems - in-ceiling video display lift

This is an Inca motorized video display lift installed in the master bedroom of a condominium in downtown Milwaukee. It's programmed automatically raise & lower the TV when the TV is turned on & off using a Crestron remote control. The same remote control allows the homeowner to control all of the room's subsystems, including lighting, window shades and audio/video. It's as intuitive to control as can be with most functions requiring a single button-press. No owner's manual required!
