did she say first u might be able to do 10 of these? u gotta be really fat if u can do only 10 thats almost like walking. and the key to get rid of knee pain is not just to strenghten your quads or calves, u gotta have balanced leg muscles, your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes everything has to be pretty balanced work on all parts of your legs, if u just do your quads your knee pain will just get worse.

This does help your knee, I did it in therapy and outside of therapy. Its best to do it carefully though, or it can hurt.
