Technique still doesn't feel that great, but I'm getting a less buoyant fin that should help to take that great arch out of my back while I'm gliding therefore removing a bit of the discomfort on my chest and abs and making the glide more efficient and hopefully removing a bit fo knee bend. Highly recommend these turns though - after much work on them they're finally starting to work for me.
