11、打躬式

  接上式;順呼吸;上右足平行於左足內側,距離約與肩寬;然後變為弓腰,垂脊,挺膝。頭部探於胯下,同時兩肘用力,兩掌心掩塞兩耳,兩掌夾抱後腦,意在雙肘尖。式定後隨意停­留片刻。
