Indeed, it is by infusing fear that the Christians can continue to control its people. Swamiji's advent on planet earth is a clear sign of a need to raise the collective consciousness here. It's said that whenever there's too much negativity on planet Earth, the enlightened beings are attracted back to the Mother Earth to bring light to Sanatana Dharma . In B. Gita, Krishna said " To protect the good, to destroy the evil, to establish righteousness, I present myself age after age." :-)

The Mayans and Native Americans believe in circular time, as in the Vedic tradition.The 2012 date marks the end of a vast cycle of cosmic time, but the Mayan Day Keepers begin the count again.The idea of the world ending is Christian , something they have longed for for two thousand years. It is up to us how we enter the new age.Swamiji's appearance on Earth at this time leads us to enlightenment.
