I believe in the talent & capabilities of the Filipino people, we just need to start trusting & helping instead of stepping or putting each other down. We all have to go back to being disciplined & honest with our dealings. I agree it is time for the Philippines to take it share of success our neighboring countries have been enjoying in the last decades...if they were able to do it, Philippine sure can do the same..but it all have to start with the Filipino people...politicians lead by example

@MrLimsky83 .....can I ask what makes you so sure about that? Cost to run a business is a big factor in enticing international business to at least take a look @ what the country can offer. Having said that, spending all that amount of money so centralized in real estate, meaning buildings & establishments without including plans for road, updated airport, sea ports & alternative transportation to make it easier for business to flow in & out of the country will be a big disappointment.
