Scene from "A World Between"

A half-Iranian half-American man returns to Iran for only the second time in his young life to revisit the discoveries of his first visit and to further reconnect with the homeland of his father. Over the course of his extended visit, the subject of the documentary, Jason Rezaian, lives in the often confusing city of Tehran, travels to architecturally-rich Isfahan, and pays visit to Mashhad, one of Iran's holiest cities and the home of his ancestors. The film is directed by the writer/actor Nezam Manouchehri famous for his role in Ali Reza Raisian's "Deserted Station."
