Jack Martin argues that the reasonable doubt only comes into play after they have been stopped during the regular course of business, such as a traffic violation.

  • So he states the Officer can look up if the person has been issued a Drivers license... so how does someone forgetting their license cause an issue as she keeps arguing? I dont get how these dopes keep using the same bullet points and rehashing it over and over dont get it when the law is simply laid out before them and debunking their claims. How is having to show my license any different than showing papers?
