The larger question here is WHY would so many Republicans stand in line to sign a pledge to a lobbyist? The approval rating numbers for Congress are so low PRECISELY becuase of this type of chicanery. When the time comes, I promise you, the GOP AND the Tea Party will be fighting to keep the Bush tax cuts. So Lawrence, zip Mr. Toomys' pants back up, get up off your knees and TRY to understand how the GOP works. BTW, big fan of your show.
