Lambert does indeed use her fist, when the hand is seen a few seconds after the punch, it is a fist. The player who got her ponytail yanked did grab the leg of the shorts on the side, not the crotch. LOBO's are better off without Lamber.

@kidballistic it appears 1- carlee is standing facing away from lambert. 2 - lambert approaches from behind and then gives a "crowding shove" with her legs and shoulders. 3 - then carlee gives lambert a nudge with her elbow. 4 - lambert hits carlee with her fist to carlee's back. it would be a fair to call lambert a disgrace to women's sports, but also as a "LOBO."
