This was an attempt and I had trouble cramming what I wanted to say into the limits of youtube.
Second so called "heresy" Pope Benedict was speaking in a greater context, and it's when you look at the quotes in the greater context that you can see that he wasn't rejecting any dogma, but was teaching about the fall of man and redemption through Jesus, and when understood in the greater context there is no denial of anything.
First the website that prompted this video: http://holywar.org/Ratzinger.htm
2nd the website that actually developed the argument that the other website failed to quote: http://www.novusordowatch.org/benedict/originalsin.htm
3rdly Part of the homily can be seen on Google Books: http://books.google.com/books?id=t5mmPGjgeBYC&lpg=PA72&dq=sin%20beget...
and more of the homily can be seen at Amazon.com with the "search inside this book" link http://www.amazon.com/Beginning-Catholic-Understanding-Creation-Resourcement/...
Is it possible that His Holiness is discussing original sin also in light of Eastern Catholic understanding?

@BlackCappa I suppose that's possible but it's really hard to get the complete homily without buying the book. I was able to score more of it the other day. Since then they restricted the pages that I was reading before.

What I'm fairly sure of is that this accusation against Pope Benedict is wrong and that in the context which discusses many issues pertaining to the fall of man it's difficult to come away believing, at least from what I was able to read, that this was intended or can seriously function as a denial of original sin by propagation.

@BeingBob
The part that you outlined seems enough to show that there is actually nothing wrong about it. Maybe, the sedes just don't get what original sin is...

@BlackCappa I had a lot of trouble with this, not just with the time constraint, but because of one specific sentence. It was only after reading all that was available and chewing on it for the last week did it make sense. I also went fishing through the writings of Doctors of the Church, which never ended up in the video, but which provided proper personal perspective. I'm just afraid that it was hard to convey this and it's doubly hard given that the complete homily is not available.
