Ezra Levant on a Hateful Rant on CBC Power and Politics

I am not very familiar with this guy, but he was introduced as a conservative commentator. I am not sure why such a venomous hater is given a voice on CBC, as his type of hate should be limited to blogs.
This clip is his reponse to the suggestion that the christian right may be gaining inlfulence over the Harper Government.
I found it hard to tell if he really hates Jews, or if he is genuinely offended that someone might suggest that Christians are gaining more influence over the government than Jews.
Not sure what ever happened to CBC, but the weak Evan Soloman just sat there with a smile on his face while this wacko spewed his venom.

But one of his recent gripes is how the author of this book targets christians in particular, which is not quite accurate, but beside the point. He is obvioulsy not actually Jewish, but may have persons of that faith in his heritage; this does not give him a right that people of other faiths (or lack of faith) do not have, to bash Jews. It is a disturbing conflict in his logic.

@smekos This is the context i wanted to put him in, and I have learned all I want to about this guy. What I know is that he would be all over someone for talking the way he does. He gets on TV and starts calling everyone the most pejorative names he can come up with. He disgusts me. With his cartoon, I would support his right to publish whatever he wants, but his problems came from his deliberate attempt to offend people. He tries, and succeeds.
