Footage of an older woman and young boy posing for the camera followed by footage of people on bicycles, boxes on the ground outside in what looks to be preparations for a bonfire (Location: President's Circle at the University of Utah or Weber College?) Footage of a parade going by the camera (military-themed parade?).
