did you not read the comment it was first time ever running the 3200 i normally only run the 800 our 3200 runner got sick so I had to replace him in the race so considering I ran four times more than I am used to I'd like to think that isn't to bad especially considering I hadn't planned or prepared to run the 3200 and that i twisted my ankle on the final lap

what was your best time your freshman year in the 3200? just wondering because i wanna be in the 9:30's my senior year. im a freshman now and my best so far is 10:35

damn dude you got a fast time I just ran the 3200 for the first time yesterday at district but I got time of 15:20 nowhere near yous but of course I did take a nasty spill on my last lap which slowed me down alot
