  • All my life, I've been extremely allergic to milk. Recently, however, I read in a book on alternative dentristry that raw milk is outstanding for overall health, and I managed to locate some in my local Whole Foods store.

...Well, to make a long story short, I've been drinking it for three days straight now, and I feel amazing. No allergy whatsoever!

  • I drink it daily and it changed my life

  • oh my god...please give me power..this is the first time in my life that ive ever had milk...

  • On the other hand, the A2 gene -- found in sheep, goat, and the Jersey and Guernsey breed of cows -- is predominantly used in places like Iceland and New Zealand, and does not produce the same health problems. When A2 dairy animals are grass-fed and their milk unpasteurized, the health benefits of drinking that milk is excellent. and far, far superior to the pasteurized forms.

  • @tomasbermea Well, since I moved back to the east coast, I've not been able to get any more raw milk, but I do occasionally get to have raw milk cheese, and I have no reaction to it whatsoever. Also, I've discovered that there are two forms of dairy, called A1 and A2, and that dairy animals bearing the A1 gene -- specifically, the Holstein breed of cow, which is largely used in German cultures -- has been implicated in heart disease, cancer, and a whole host of other things.

  • @TheLogicJunkie that's amazing! it's been 2 years since u posted a comment, are you still drinking raw milk? and what other benefits-if any- have you seen?

  • @goofyreligion3 I know several marathon runners that drink Hemp milk everyday, if you say its bad, I guess your right, how do you feel about Fresh Green Soy beans? not processed tofu and soy milks they are bad!

  • @goofyreligion3 Raw Milk is much Healthier. Agreed

  • @goofyreligion3 WRONG again!, Hemp has been consumed for thousands of years!!! In China and India everything from Flour to Tea, and its rich in Omega 3..almonds have been crushed and made into Tea for just as long! these are not Fake Drinks!!!. And yes Raw Milk is Healthier, But not necessary for optimum health ! Ancient Hawaiians Never DRANK MILK!!!

  • @goofyreligion3 plant based enzymes are way more powerful than Dairy enzymes! I would stay away from Dairy, unless its Raw Milk as You said.

  • @goofyreligion3 Plenty of cultures NEVER DRANK MILK EVER!! Native Americans had never even seen cows or sheep! australian aborigines never drank milk! only up to about 100 years ago! and they lived to very old ages! I said I agree, Raw milk is much healthier, But you don't need Milk at all. There are plenty of other more absorbable sources of calcium.
