Daves Deadfall Trap

Ikefis describing his favorite dead fall trap. This type is known to me as a Dave's Dead fall Trap. Very simple to make and very effective trigger pressure is adjusted by the depth of the notch on trigger stick. In a survival situation one doesn't have time to waste...and that's what makes this trap my fav. Cut a notch in load bearing stick, shave one end of support stick, cut one notch in trigger stick, and sharpen one end of trigger stick. Viola you are hunting. Practice with this design..you will love it. Ikefis Out!
