"jab koi baat bigad jaaye" is a hindi song from the bollywood movie 'jurm' released in 1990, but sung here by suthep madarasmi (jogi). the chorus uses the tune of the english folk song "five hundred miles", while each verse is an original musical score. the song's statement, in summary, is "stand by me, always", much in contrast to it's english counterpart "five hundred miles" which is more about "join me on my venture out to a free life". here, i sing this song to express appreciation to my family and friends for standing by me through my recent trials and tribulations. i do NOT hope i can one day return your favor, for fear that that would be considered ill-will towards you; however, if the chance does arise, i certainly will be first in line to stand right by you, my loved ones. again, thanks to you all, to time, and perhaps to my prescription meds :) -- which incidentally have run out for over 2 months now -- i am now as good as new.
