There was a dog in 24-B Working undercover for LAPD I took his paw he winked at me He said "I'm mans best friend and I'm off at 3" I slept in an arcade Down came before I got much rest I stumbled outside and I headed West I blinked my eyes I couldnt see everybody sure looked naked to me I slept in an arcade Lyrics were included on the back of the original single sleeve on dangerhouse records.

That's what I miss about early L.A. punk.There was a firner grasp on the ironic and bizarre than London or N.Y.Sex Pistols and Siouxsie were astute.Ramones were fun and funny.Germs,Alice Bag,Black Randy,Black Flag seemed to have a bigger sense of self.
