@SlimySnail44 lmao. aol was what alot of people used for internet in the late 90's and early 00's. they would connect their computers to there phone lines and use internet which would prevent people from calling them. the connection was shitty and slow

I remember constantly shuffling around the access phone numbers to try to get the best one to sign on with, getting the busy signal 1,000 times in a row, the feeling of complete and total victory when I finally got to hear the annoying sound of the modem connecting, and the overwhelming urge to put my fist through the monitor when I got booted off after a couple of minutes online. Ahhhh....good times!
