@jls8777 many citizens, over the years, have protested against, ignored, and disobeyed unconscionable and immoral laws that have been passed by fascists by state legislatures and the national legislature. you are incorrect.

You're a cunt.

ha....ha what a great idea! As far as stop loss...its called reading the fine print. Its in the contract you signed when you joined the military. Your recruiter might not have told you, or glossed over it, but its in there. Dishonest recruiters are another matter, but if you sign your name to a contract without reading every word...well, youre an idiot.

You are talking to EMPTY SHELLS with no job function even, other than to stare at you and say"anything else?" and "have a good day" wise up, its a conspiracy, dont be afraid of that word and walk on eggs around it or theyll keep puttin robots in front of you and laughin in your faces...

I agree, as a former member of the military, that the Stop Loss program is bullshit. It should not be allowed under any circumstances.

Ah, but it's the law! See, that's what your missing in all your comments jls8777.
The government makes bad laws to benefit itself, because it can get away with it. It has a monopoly on "legitimate" initiation of force. It abuses that power because there are no effective checks and balances.
The constitution has either enabled or failed to prevent the US from becoming the largest most powerful government/empire the world has ever seen.
Think about it. . .

I understand that it is the law; however, as citizens of this country we must follow the law even if we do not agree with it. Remember, laws are made by legislature, which is comprised of men and women that we elected. Agree or disagree we must accept it.

Thanks for clarifying your position. You would have jumped in to arrest those traitors who boarded that ship and threw tea overboard refusing to obey the british!
Those traitors were breaking laws they were required to follow.
Are you a loyalist, calling for the return of british rule? If they were breaking the law at the time, by your definition the US Gov. is illegitimate.
How was it okay for them to break the law and throw off the government, but I can't legitimately do the same?

The Boston Tea Party happened while we were still under British influence, and before we had formalized, codified law, so that is not a wise example.

:) Exactly what I'm pointing out. You would be working for the british, arresting the traitors trying to change the government.
I don't want to change it, I just want to be left alone. The men and women doing business as government don't want to leave me alone. They keep threatening me if I don't accept their "products" and "Services" provided under the threat of violence.
Notice how you call it influence, and not law. . . It was the law, they were under british rule! Their acts broke the law!
