Catching the first recorded balloon swallower (Internal Carrier) in the history of passengers smuggling narcotics in the United States, was just the beginning for rookie customs officer Prospero Ellis (1979). He then developed and implemented "Behavior Analysis and Observational Techniques" program for U.S. Customs, which is now used by security and Law enforcement agencies to detect drug smugglers, terrorists, or other criminals.
